Refusing legitimate refund request
Hi I will try and keep complaint concise and to the point:
I recently opened an account with the above casino having seen on a bookmaker comparison site they they accept uk players
I deposited £455 and withdrew £262.93 during the first month.
When registering a uk address was provided and indeed a copy of my UK passport was also provided for verification when making withdrawal.
I contacted them after several more successful deposits (after verifying my account) to find out why my deposits had started to be rejected and was advised they do not accept players from Uk.
I contacted their chat support explained situation and requested they refund the £192.07 net deposits being full reversal of all deposits made which should not have been processed- he advised this will be processed .
I followed this up and they have advised I should have checked terms before I opened account.
They will not reverse transactions despite being fully aware of my location and having the opportunity to review my id in addition.
I think this shows a total lack of integrity and would appreciate your assistance in securing the full refund and closure of my account
