Missing withdrawal of 800 EUR

Hallo
I made 2 withdraw from partyspins on 3 oktober. One on 750 euro and one on 800 euro. They Got accepted the same day.
I Got the 750 euro on my account the 7th of oktober but stilling missing the 800 euro.
I did sent in a pdf of my bank transactions 10 of oktober as they Said I should.
Today 14 oktober still nothing happent and they say they are looking into it. Sent and e-mail to let them know that another small cashout of 300 euro the 13 oktober sent thru really Quick and was on my account today 14 of oktober. So the 750 and 300 euro i get so Only needed the 800
They e-mail me back that the 800 had been payes out there there end. But thats 11 days seens that accepted it and still nothing on my account.
