Rejecting original government NID PDF and withholding 7500 BDT fund

I would like to provide an update on my complaint.

I have given Paripesa the requested time to respond, as advised, but I still have not received any response or meaningful update from them regarding my account access and login issue.

I have already provided the documents and clear pictures they requested, and I have also followed up with their support team several times. Unfortunately, they have not responded to my recent communications.

At this point, I am requesting that AskGamblers please review the situation and assist with escalating the complaint, as I have made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly with Paripesa.

I remain willing to cooperate and provide any additional information required.

I am filing a complaint against Paripesa.

On 28/08/2026 I requested a withdrawal of [montant] FCFA to my [Orange Money/Wave] account.

• My Player ID is [ton ID].
• Status of withdrawal: [Pending / Processed]

It has been 4 days and I still have not received the money.

I contacted Paripesa support by email. They only sent me a generic bot reply saying "your message has been transmitted to our team" and asked me not to send another email. No human response, no payment.

I have completed KYC and there are no active bonuses. I request your help to get my [montant] FCFA urgently.

I deposited 53 USD through crypto.

It's been 8 days; the daily support team is saying we're on it. And no timeline for resolution. Such a frustrating experience. This is not the first time.

I submitted all my proofs as well.

Very, very bad experience.

Kindly requesting to look into my issue and resolve it. I don't understand. Even after providing all the proofs, it took hardly one day to verify the transaction.

Complaint against Paripesa – 74 TRX

I would like to file a complaint against Paripesa regarding a cryptocurrency deposit of 74 TRX that has still not been credited to my gaming account.

On Saturday, I made a cryptocurrency deposit of 74 TRX to my Paripesa gaming account. The transaction was successfully sent from my wallet, and the funds left my wallet. I have proof of the transaction and all the relevant payment details.

I immediately contacted Paripesa customer support and provided all the transaction confirmations and information they requested.

Paripesa informed me that there was an issue with sending TRX to their USDT address and that their team was working to resolve the problem. I was then repeatedly told that I had to wait for a response from their Finance Department.

At one point, I was also asked to provide the USDT address associated with my gaming account. I provided this address as requested.

Despite providing all the requested information and fully cooperating with Paripesa, the 74 TRX has still not been credited to my gaming account and has not been refunded.

I have contacted Paripesa several times. Each time, I have been told to wait, that the Finance Department is handling the matter, or that they are waiting for information from their payment system.

The latest information I received was that once they receive information from the payment system, the funds will either be refunded or credited to my account. However, Paripesa has not provided me with any specific timeframe for resolving the issue.

I understand that technical or payment-processing problems can occur. However, the funds were successfully sent from my wallet, I have provided all the requested evidence, and I have been waiting since Saturday. During this time, I have received neither the deposit nor a refund.

Therefore, I am asking AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and recovering my 74 TRX.

I expect Paripesa to provide one of the following resolutions:

1. Credit the full amount of 74 TRX to my gaming account, or

2. Fully refund the 74 TRX to my wallet.

I can provide all supporting evidence, including the transaction confirmation, transaction hash/ID, the wallet address from which the funds were sent, my USDT address, and screenshots of my entire communication with Paripesa customer support.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this issue, as despite repeatedly contacting Paripesa and providing all the information requested, my deposit remains unresolved.

I request a detailed explanation for the rejection and immediate credit of my deposit.

For three weeks, Paripesa has been withholding my 20,000 HUF withdrawal.

The withdrawal was processed to a bank card that is now inactive.

I have contacted support, providing transaction IDs and screenshots, and opening Appeal ID 19487903.

Despite evidence that the destination card is closed and funds cannot reach it, support keeps sending automated templates insisting the money was sent and refuses to transfer the funds back to my player account.

I request your intervention to force Paripesa to cancel this transaction and credit the 20,000 HUF back to my account balance immediately.

On June 11, 2026 at 17:41, I made a deposit of 20,000 XOF (CFA francs) to my Paripesa account via Orange Money (payment made directly from the app to the merchant number provided by Paripesa, transaction reference MP260611.1741.B63631).

 I received payment confirmation from Orange Money, but this amount was never credited to my Paripesa account.

Since then, I have contacted Paripesa's customer support numerous times, both through the app's live chat and by email. 

Each time, I am told it is a "technical issue" and that my ticket is "being processed," without ever being given a clear timeframe or concrete solution. It has now been more than a month and a half without any progress. I also have an official payment request open in my account (ticket №18012306, dated 06/11/2026, still marked "In progress").

My request: that the 20,000 XOF be credited to my Paripesa account. If this is not technically possible, I request a full refund of this amount to my Orange Money account.

I am contacting you because PariPesa still refuses to process my withdrawal even though I have provided all the documents they requested.

I have already sent:

- my ID card,

- my passport,

- my driving license,

- my bank statement,

- my payment information,

- selfies,

- and several verification photos.

Despite sending all these documents multiple times, my withdrawal of approximately 6 million CFA has remained blocked for 11 days now.

At this point, I honestly feel that they do not want to pay my money and are intentionally delaying the process by continuously requesting the same documents without ever giving a final response.

This situation has placed me in a very difficult financial and psychological situation. I have lost a lot of money on their platform over a long period of time, several million CFA, and now that I am finally recovering part of that money through my winnings, I feel that they do not want to allow me to withdraw my funds.

I have fully cooperated with all their requests since the beginning, yet my money remains blocked on their platform.

I have kept all emails, screenshots, and proof of every document sent, and I am ready to provide everything if necessary.

Please help me resolve this situation.
