I am an experienced betting user.
I registered to Peripesa Casino 4 days ago. Everything was smooth at the beginning. So I made deposit with many methods (bank card, skill, and crypto). After that once I wanted to make a withdrawal from the withdraw funds section I was not allowed to click any of them because all of the withdrawal options were inactive. I contacted them with the hope that maybe it is KYC related issue. I willingly and explicitly told them I could easily verify any document if they wanted, but they told me that I dont need to verify anything.
I am continuously asking them and every time they are asking me the same thing "This is a technical problem and I should wait". I am also willing to share any details with them in order to withdraw my money.
I have never seen such a thing in my life and I don't know what to do. The only thing that comes to mind is sharing my all experiences via social media channels.
I have everything (daily screenshots and videos) to show what is going on.

The main problem here is that the website does not allow me to withdraw any amount of money. In the withdrawal section, all the withdrawal options are passive. In other words, only the images are visible. You can not click any of it. Hence, I can not say anything about the amount. It is not even possible to withdraw any amount.
Once again I attached the screenshot from the withdrawal section. You will see that they are not active (hence all of them are grey coloured).
I am asking them everyday about the issue. They have copy paste answer, they just send the same content everyday. I think they are waiting for me to stop asking and forget about.
How can I move this into a more legal consultancy? This has been done deliberately to get money from people in this way.
