Ongoing Delay in Cashback Payment
I am writing regarding an outstanding cashback payment of €620 that was promised to me as a VIP customer in connection with a larger deposit.
For years, cashback payments have been processed reliably without issue. However, since last month—when I started depositing amounts significantly beyond my usual budget—problems have begun to arise.
I have now been waiting nine business days for the payment. Most recently, I was informed that the delay will continue for another week, again citing technical difficulties. Since this was the same explanation previously provided, the situation is becoming increasingly difficult to accept.
I would appreciate it if you could review the current processing status and provide a clear update on when the cashback will be transferred.
