Missing deposit at Paripesa
I would like to file a complaint against Paripessa regarding a missing deposit that has not been resolved despite the deadline provided by their support team.
On April 22, 2026, I made a deposit of 100 PLN using cryptocurrency. The transaction was successfully completed, and the funds were deducted from my wallet. However, the amount has never been credited to my player account.
I contacted customer support multiple times. Each time I received the same generic responses stating that the issue is “being processed.” No clear explanation or resolution was provided.
I was given a ticket number: 15952111, and informed that the issue would be resolved by May 1, 2026.
As of today, the deadline has passed, and:
the funds have not been credited to my account,
the funds have not been refunded.
This means my money has been held for over a week without any resolution, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a cryptocurrency transaction.
I have all the necessary proof:
transaction hash (TXID),
confirmation from my wallet showing the funds were sent,
screenshots of conversations with support confirming the deadline.
I kindly ask AskGamblers for assistance in resolving this issue and helping me recover my funds.
