On the 16th of January, i placed a bet on PARIPESA Casino with the stake sum of (10,000 naira) and win a pot cashout of (20,000 naira) after which i was credited to my personal PARIPESSA wallet.
I initiated a withdrawal to my local bank and on the status of withdrawal page, there was no status on display, i contacted the customer care helpline on various media platforms including twitter and telegram and i was not getting anywhere with them, they asked me to wait for 48 hours and after that i was asked to wait for 7 days and was later increased to 9 days, now I’ve been waiting for 12 days and i have still not been credited. I contacted my bank (Palmpay) helpline and they said no such transaction has been initiated with them.
Now I’m frustrated and feel like I’ve been scammed.
