Deposit pending of INR 1000
I Deposited INR 1000 on 29th November, 2024 around 20:07 IST in PARIPESA account but I have not received the amount in my PARIPESA account. I DID transfer the money via bank transfer from phonePe and the transaction was also successful. I am also attaching all the screenshots for reference and also when I am contacting their support I am not getting any actual time frame that how much time will it take to deposit the money in my purpose account.
The support team is only training that there was some issue with your transaction so it may take a long time I have also emailed them and I have received a ticket reference number - 9410783. Kindly intervene in the matter and transfer the money to my paripesa account so that I can play. The response which I got was "There is a technical issue with your transaction. Our specialists are investigating it".
