I am reaching out to formally address an issue with Paripesa Casino, operated by Optim Development B.V. My experience with this casino has raised concerns about certain practices that I believe are unfair and potentially misleading for customers, and I’m hoping for assistance in resolving the matter.

The Issue: Withdrawal Restriction

My primary concern is with an enforced withdrawal restriction, which limits me to a maximum of 100 EUR per day, despite having the option to deposit significantly higher amounts in one go. This restriction is especially problematic because I currently have a balance of approximately 8400 EUR. When attempting to withdraw larger amounts, I have been met with inconsistent explanations from the casino's customer support, ranging from vague "technical issues" to "individual account restrictions." These limitations have persisted for several days, with no clear timeframe or solution offered by the casino.

Customer Support’s Response

Each attempt to gain clarification from customer support has been met with non-specific responses that fail to justify this restriction. I am left with no feasible option to access my funds promptly—either withdrawing in small increments over several months or leaving my funds inaccessible. This approach is neither fair nor ethical and raises questions about the casino’s financial integrity and operational practices.

Seeking Resolution

After numerous attempts to resolve this issue with the casino directly, I am now requesting AskGamblers' assistance to address these practices. I believe my situation warrants a formal review, and I seek guidance on how to ensure fair treatment as a customer as Curaçao's gaming regulations do not have any form of help to give as they are not holding a license (But it is claimed under askgamblers review of the casino). I have complained to Curaçao eGaming, but they are unable to help.

Thank you for your time, and I appreciate any support you can offer in facilitating a resolution. Taking legal actions in curacao and cyprus will take alot of my valuable time.

Blocked withdrawal

Hello,

I am contacting you because PariPesa still refuses to process my withdrawal even though I have provided all the documents they requested.

I have already sent:

- my ID card,

- my passport,

- my driving license,

- my bank statement,

- my payment information,

- selfies,

- and several verification photos.

Despite sending all these documents multiple times, my withdrawal of approximately 6 million CFA has remained blocked for 11 days now.

At this point, I honestly feel that they do not want to pay my money and are intentionally delaying the process by continuously requesting the same documents without ever giving a final response.

This situation has placed me in a very difficult financial and psychological situation. I have lost a lot of money on their platform over a long period of time, several million CFA, and now that I am finally recovering part of that money through my winnings, I feel that they do not want to allow me to withdraw my funds.

I have fully cooperated with all their requests since the beginning, yet my money remains blocked on their platform.

I have kept all emails, screenshots, and proof of every document sent, and I am ready to provide everything if necessary.

Please help me resolve this situation.

Missing deposit at Paripesa

I would like to file a complaint against Paripessa regarding a missing deposit that has not been resolved despite the deadline provided by their support team.

On April 22, 2026, I made a deposit of 100 PLN using cryptocurrency. The transaction was successfully completed, and the funds were deducted from my wallet. However, the amount has never been credited to my player account.

I contacted customer support multiple times. Each time I received the same generic responses stating that the issue is “being processed.” No clear explanation or resolution was provided.

I was given a ticket number: 15952111, and informed that the issue would be resolved by May 1, 2026.

As of today, the deadline has passed, and:

the funds have not been credited to my account,

the funds have not been refunded.

This means my money has been held for over a week without any resolution, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a cryptocurrency transaction.

I have all the necessary proof:

transaction hash (TXID),

confirmation from my wallet showing the funds were sent,

screenshots of conversations with support confirming the deadline.

I kindly ask AskGamblers for assistance in resolving this issue and helping me recover my funds.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to file a formal complaint against Paripesa regarding a pending deposit of ₹9500, which I made on 2nd April 2026 and has still not been credited to my account.

After making the payment, I contacted Paripesa support multiple times. Initially, they asked me to wait 2 hours, then extended it to 3 days, and later to 7 days. I have been continuously following up, and it has now been over 15 days, yet the issue remains unresolved.

Recently, Paripesa closed my request and asked me to contact my bank. However, I have already reached out to my bank multiple times, and they have clearly confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed and credited to the beneficiary bank.

This clearly indicates that the issue is on Paripesa’s side. Despite providing all necessary details and waiting patiently, I have not received any proper resolution. Closing the complaint without resolving it is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Rejecting original government NID PDF and withholding 7500 BDT fund

"I am reporting PariPesa for unfair practices and withholding my 7,500 BDT. I have provided my Original NID PDF directly downloaded from the Bangladesh government portal (services.nidw.gov.bd) and even sent a Live Video showing me downloading the document in real-time.

Despite providing 100% authentic government-issued documents, PariPesa’s security team is accusing me of 'forgery' and threatening to

Regarding withdrawal rejection

I bet on sports event in paripesa. I have already tried multiple withdrawal attempts, every time after few days they are rejecting my withdrawal with the name of pure vague technical difficulties. They are not telling me any clear information why the rejection keeps coming on with every withdrawal I made. Since 13th Sept I have been trying to withdraw my money, they keep rejecting it after 2 or 3 days. So far I withdrew it 2 times, they rejected it both due to their so called technical reason. In email they say try to withdraw in different methods. In both occasion I withdrew to different methods but the results remain the same.

I am facing a painful experience in my life.

I deposited 5 days ago. They are not crediting my deposit. They are saying daily to wait, no updates, not a single update, poor customer service, and how to get my deposit refunded.

I don't want to play this Paripesa again. This is a disaster. Paripesa is a nightmare for players.

I request that AskGamblers and Gambling Commission please kindly ban Paripesa. They are taking our deposits and not crediting them and not responding. Please take strict action, sir.

Ongoing Delay in Cashback Payment

I am writing regarding an outstanding cashback payment of €620 that was promised to me as a VIP customer in connection with a larger deposit.

For years, cashback payments have been processed reliably without issue. However, since last month—when I started depositing amounts significantly beyond my usual budget—problems have begun to arise.

I have now been waiting nine business days for the payment. Most recently, I was informed that the delay will continue for another week, again citing technical difficulties. Since this was the same explanation previously provided, the situation is becoming increasingly difficult to accept.

Avoid verification of MY ID

I have more than 500 dollars worth of Litecoin in my account. However, I have not been able to access this money for months. I was asked to verify my account with my ID in order to regain access. For the verification process, I was requested to provide both the front and back sides of my ID. So, I took photos of the front and back of my ID as well as a selfie of myself holding the ID, and sent them to [email protected].

At first, I was told that the photos must be larger than 1 MB, so I took new ones and resent them with sizes over 1 MB. However, this time, my emails were not responded to at all. Paripesa Casino is preventing me from verifying my ID in order to avoid paying out my $500 balance, and they are refusing to accept the ID and selfie I submitted, and they never answer my emails. I’ve been waiting for 12 days and I have still not been credited

On the 16th of January, i placed a bet on PARIPESA Casino with the stake sum of (10,000 naira) and win a pot cashout of (20,000 naira) after which i was credited to my personal PARIPESSA wallet.

I initiated a withdrawal to my local bank and on the status of withdrawal page, there was no status on display, i contacted the customer care helpline on various media platforms including twitter and telegram and i was not getting anywhere with them, they asked me to wait for 48 hours and after that i was asked to wait for 7 days and was later increased to 9 days, now I’ve been waiting for 12 days and i have still not been credited. I contacted my bank (Palmpay) helpline and they said no such transaction has been initiated with them.

Now I’m frustrated and feel like I’ve been scammed.

Withdraw limited to 100 euros

Hello!

After getting some restrictions on my account, and exchanging lots of documents with the Paripesa Casino's Security team, they communicated to me their decision about finishing our contract relationship and suggested I withdraw all my funds.

I want to highlight that before this happened, I used to withdraw part of my funds without any issues up to 500€ per attempt as it described in the withdrawal method "VISA credit card".

Since I received the communication from Paripesa to withdraw all my funds, the casino has given me some kind of limitation to just withdraw up to 100€ every 24h. What is the aim of this limitation? Delay the withdrawal of all my funds (initially 2.500€) 1 month? This seems to be trick from the casino that doesn't want to pay me all the remaining funds. In the last emails, they refer to technical issues... but I'm pretty sure this is not the reason...

Please, could you help me to reverse this limitation so I can withdraw all my funds in the following days?
