Delay deposit

Hello, I have placed a deposit in a total of 100€ in bitcoin at the paripesa casino on the 04/24/2022 at 12:18h to the following address: < bitcoin address removed >

It has now been three days since I have made that deposit however the amount still hasn´t been delivered to my account.

I have used the live chat feature on the casino website and as suggested by the support team I have sent an email to the peripesa casino explaining the situation and asking if they could provide me with some clarity about the topic and regarding the state of my deposit.

The team replied and advised me to wait for at least 24h for the amount deposited to enter my account. And as suggested I did.

Since it passed 24h, on 04/25/2022 I have contacted the team again by email asking about the state of my deposit but with no luck whatsoever. I have sent three emails so far but haven´t got a reply or heard back from the casino team.

As of right now the money hasn´t been deposited to my paripesa casino account and the transaction was approved.

I will attach some files regarding the transaction and the emails sent.

For now I've been talking to live chat support and yesterday, 04/27, I got them to create a ticket to solve the deposit delay problem. Today 04/28 I spoke again with support but no one was able to update me on my ticket, just keep texting "You can contact us at suppor­t-e­n@p­ari­pes­a.com, and you will receive the reply here."

Casino support has already replied to my email and they gave as a final verdict that the deposit had not been made at their company, even after I showed them the details of the transaction, I will show you the screenshots.
If you could help me I would be very grateful. Thank you!

Thank you seriously, I'm on this side to provide all the evidence I have in my possession that you may need to solve this case, but I don't know what kind of evidence you need more, if you can tell me what you need maybe I can help with the resolution, I've been in this situation for almost a month and I just want to solve this problem fairly for both sides

Dear AskGamblers Team,


I would like to file a formal complaint against Paripesa regarding a pending deposit of ₹9500, which I made on 2nd April 2026 and has still not been credited to my account.

After making the payment, I contacted Paripesa support multiple times. Initially, they asked me to wait 2 hours, then extended it to 3 days, and later to 7 days. I have been continuously following up, and it has now been over 15 days, yet the issue remains unresolved.

Recently, Paripesa closed my request and asked me to contact my bank. However, I have already reached out to my bank multiple times, and they have clearly confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed and credited to the beneficiary bank.

This clearly indicates that the issue is on Paripesa’s side. Despite providing all necessary details and waiting patiently, I have not received any proper resolution. Closing the complaint without resolving it is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am attaching the following documents for your review:


Bank statement (from 2nd April till date)

Transaction proof / reference number

Communication screenshots with Paripesa support

Investigate this matter

Assist in getting my ₹9500 either credited to my Paripesa account or refunded back to my bank account

Withdraw limited to 100 euros

Hello!


After getting some restrictions on my account, and exchanging lots of documents with the Paripesa Casino's Security team, they communicated to me their decision about finishing our contract relationship and suggested I withdraw all my funds.


I want to highlight that before this happened, I used to withdraw part of my funds without any issues up to 500€ per attempt as it described in the withdrawal method "VISA credit card".


Since I received the communication from Paripesa to withdraw all my funds, the casino has given me some kind of limitation to just withdraw up to 100€ every 24h. What is the aim of this limitation? Delay the withdrawal of all my funds (initially 2.500€) 1 month? This seems to be trick from the casino that doesn't want to pay me all the remaining funds. In the last emails, they refer to technical issues... but I'm pretty sure this is not the reason...


Please, could you help me to reverse this limitation so I can withdraw all my funds in the following days?
