I am contacting you because PariPesa still refuses to process my withdrawal even though I have provided all the documents they requested.
I have already sent:
- my ID card,
- my passport,
- my driving license,
- my bank statement,
- my payment information,
- selfies,
- and several verification photos.
Despite sending all these documents multiple times, my withdrawal of approximately 6 million CFA has remained blocked for 11 days now.
At this point, I honestly feel that they do not want to pay my money and are intentionally delaying the process by continuously requesting the same documents without ever giving a final response.
This situation has placed me in a very difficult financial and psychological situation. I have lost a lot of money on their platform over a long period of time, several million CFA, and now that I am finally recovering part of that money through my winnings, I feel that they do not want to allow me to withdraw my funds.
I have fully cooperated with all their requests since the beginning, yet my money remains blocked on their platform.
I have kept all emails, screenshots, and proof of every document sent, and I am ready to provide everything if necessary.
Please help me resolve this situation.

I would like to confirm that my issue is NOT resolved.
Although PariPesa reactivated my withdrawals after around 13 days of blocking my funds, they are still limiting my withdrawals to only 200,000 CFA per day while my balance is around 6,000,000 CFA.
At this rate, it would take many weeks or even months to recover my own money. Before this issue, I was able to withdraw more than 1 million CFA per day without any restriction on the same account.
I therefore do not consider this case resolved and I kindly ask AskGamblers to continue assisting me because this situation is causing me serious financial difficulties.

Honestly, I no longer understand why PariPesa keeps giving me the same answers and continuously delaying this situation instead of resolving it properly.
I feel extremely disrespected as a customer. After more than 3 weeks of discussions, document verification, and waiting, I am still facing problems accessing my own money.
Today again, I made a withdrawal request, and after more than 5 hours, I still have not received anything. I am attaching screenshots as proof.
I do not want any withdrawal limit. I simply want access to my money. At this point, I truly feel that PariPesa is only trying to waste time, and honestly this situation is becoming extremely abusive and unfair.
This situation is putting me in a very difficult position. I am even forced to borrow money to solve my personal problems while my own funds remain blocked on their platform.
I respectfully ask AskGamblers to intervene more seriously because this issue is causing me major financial and personal difficulties. I genuinely need my money to handle many important responsibilities in my life.
I have cooperated from the beginning, provided every requested document, and remained patient throughout this entire process. However, I feel that PariPesa continues to delay the situation instead of resolving it professionally.
