I have more than 500 dollars worth of Litecoin in my account. However, I have not been able to access this money for months. I was asked to verify my account with my ID in order to regain access. For the verification process, I was requested to provide both the front and back sides of my ID. So, I took photos of the front and back of my ID as well as a selfie of myself holding the ID, and sent them to security@paripesa.com.
At first, I was told that the photos must be larger than 1 MB, so I took new ones and resent them with sizes over 1 MB. However, this time, my emails were not responded to at all. Paripesa Casino is preventing me from verifying my ID in order to avoid paying out my $500 balance, and they are refusing to accept the ID and selfie I submitted, and they never answer my emails. In order to withdraw my money, I was asked to verify my identity, and I sent them my documents via email but no answer has been given for weeks. The casino deliberately did not answer my ID photo and selfie. So I am sending the front and back photos of my ID along with a selfie of me holding the ID thanks to askgamblers.com. Attached to this message are the front and back photos of my ID and a selfie taken with it. Any excuse Paripesa Casino has used to avoid paying my money is no longer valid. All the photos are over 1 megabyte in size, as requested from me. The casino has no option other than to release my funds. I want to withdraw the amount of 520 USD, which is my personal property, from my account with the number 1191837933 as soon possible. I have successfully logged into my account, but I am still unable to access the $520 in my balance. At this time, I am unable to withdraw, transfer, or use the funds in any way.
