Withdrawal still pending with no updates

My account was verified using Aadhar card on 9th June. I made a deposit of 4000 on 11 June. I submitted a withdrawal request of 8000 after winning the bet and now suddenly the rejected the withdraw and asked for verification. My account was already verified ,but still i sent the documents again to them on email for verification and after receiving it they said they need more time to process the documents and i haven't heard from them yet. Whatsapp and onweb chat support doesn't reply back and email messages are all automated. They have abruptly sacked my complete amount.

Yes please reject the case , as i have provided them with everything i can and if still they are not satisfied, i wish to settle the matter in consumer court, i am fed up with the process, i don't have more time to spend on this matter. (sending more than 40 mails and taking more than 2 weeks to solve).

When i login to your site for 1st time it tells me to verify with my aadhar card if i want to withdraw more than 7000, and i did provide it and verified my account.(Attaching photo of my account been verified.)
But when i withdraw you stop the withdrawl saying you need more documents , are you kidding me ? who is at fault ? Me ? You should ask for all the documents you need before.
Your system is at fault.
