I had requested to withdraw my funds of rupees 11,000 , but this fund hasn't received in my account yet.
I had talked the customer care department about my withdrawal but they are lying that they processed my withdrawal in my bank account but I haven't received my amount yet.
It's already been 13 days but still I'm waiting for my withdrawal amount.
I'm also attaching my Bank account statement for the prove that I didn't not receive my withdrawal.
