Hi, my name is < first name removed > I am using this platform for a long time. Recently, I faced a withdrawal issue in my account.

I make withdrawals but I have not received in my Bank account and customer service creates tickets on my behalf for solution, but they haven't solved my issue yet.

I am expecting that they will solve my problem very fast.

Parimatch is a big and genuine platform but they do this I am not expecting this.

Although withdrawals are marked as successful in my transaction history, the requested withdrawal amounts of ₹9250 and ₹8900 and 6250 have still not been received in my bank account.

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

My deposit of ₹7,499.87 is still missing from my Parimatch account. My Parimatch User ID is 728246048. The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366. However, the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have already provided payment proof and transaction details to Parimatch support, but the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help me receive my missing deposit as soon as possible.

I have been a loyal and verified user of this sportsbook for the past 4 years without any major issues. In March 2026, I deposited ₹20,000 into my Parimatch account. I played responsibly and won an additional ₹4,000, bringing my total balance to ₹24,000. However, when I placed a withdrawal request for my funds, Parimatch blocked my withdrawal and restricted my account access. I have not violated any terms and conditions, and my identity has been verified on this platform for years. Holding my deposited money and legitimate winnings without a valid reason is unfair. I request the AskGamblers team to look into this matter and help me get my account unblocked so I can withdraw my rightful amount of ₹24,000. Thank you.

I am submitting this complaint against Parimatch regarding two successful UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my casino/sportsbook balance nor returned to my bank account. Despite providing indisputable financial proof, the customer support team has failed to offer a proper resolution.On May 30, 2026, and June 3, 2026, I initiated two separate deposit transactions via UPI. Withdrawal amount 33900 is not received

My withdrawal of ₹33,900 was marked as completed by Parimatch approximately 3 days ago. Support informed me that withdrawals via IMPS normally take around 24 hours, but the funds have still not reached my bank account.

I have repeatedly requested the UTR/reference number, but support states that the case is still with the billing/payment team and no UTR has been provided.

The funds have neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my wallet balance. I have attached screenshots of the support conversations and would appreciate a review of the case.

The address network everything is correct even the payment made shows success at block chain but website denies straightaway.

I am using this platform form very long time, and everything is good, but recently, I have not received my three withdrawals dated 14 May, 15 May, and 13 May 2026. Today, 10 days have passed, and the withdrawal has not been received.

I wanted the AskGamblers team to intervene in this matter and solve my issue.

Every time I contact customer service, they tell me that we are working on your request, but my issue has not been solved yet.

Withdrawal of 50000 not credited

I am filing a complaint against Parimatch regarding a pending withdrawal of INR 50,000.

The withdrawal was marked as “successful” on their platform, however the funds were never credited to my bank account. I have already checked with my bank multiple times and there is no incoming transaction or pending settlement related to this withdrawal.

I have contacted Parimatch support repeatedly and provided them with multiple notices and follow-ups regarding this issue, but the matter still remains unresolved. Despite their system showing the payment as completed, they have failed to provide proper proof of transfer such as a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified by the bank.

This delay and lack of resolution is extremely frustrating. I request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter by ensuring that either:

1. The INR 50,000 withdrawal is successfully credited to my bank account, or

2. The amount is returned back to my Parimatch balance immediately.

I am willing to provide screenshots, transaction history, communication records, and bank statements if required.
