Verification problem
I am writing to you to request help in a dispute that appears to be developing with Parimatch. I originally submitted the requested documents on January 15, they were approved, and I was granted a partial withdrawal. I placed bets with them until May and then requested another withdrawal. Told that I again had to submit identification documents, I did as instructed. Since then I have been involved in a 26 email conversation in which I have submitted 21 different proofs of identification and finances. They have continued to ask for additional proofs, as well as different versions of the same. It has become clear to me that they have absolutely no intention of ever reverifying my account and that I am in jeopardy of being robbed of my balance, currently at 6181CAD. Any assistance that you might be able to offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you - < full name removed >
