Verification Issue
I have already provided with the verification Documents on 2nd June and It has been almost a month but my verification is still not completed and the Casino is again and again asking me for the same documents with all the criteria fullfiled. They are replying to me with the same email that I have to provide the bank statement up to date which I have already provided more than 10 times. This is causing me distressing as my sum of Rs10000 is stuck in parimatch wallet and I am not able to withdraw it as they have blocked my account and no satisfactory reply is given by the support chat.
At first I am getting replies for the verification issue but then suddenly I receive an email in with they say they have forwarded my issue to billing dept. on 9th June which was out of the blue. They have been just ignoring or just making the case more complicated and not solving the issue. They are just sending me mail that my issue is forwarded but I dont see any progress in my verification form past 1 month.
Why Is parimatch delaying the Verification process.
This is giving me financial distress as well due to funds stuck in my parimatch account
Pls look into it and provide with a satsifactory and constructive reply to the allegation.
