Verification has been going on for more than a month

I am filing this complaint regarding a ₹28,000 deposit that was successfully debited from my bank account but has still not been credited to my Parimatch account.

I made the deposit on 01-Sep-2026 for ₹28,000. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have the transaction/UTR details and proof of payment.

The amount has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times and provided the required transaction details and proof. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have only received generic responses stating that the transaction is “under review”, without providing any clear explanation, resolution, or confirmed timeframe.

It has now been over a month, and my money is still neither credited to my Parimatch account nor returned to my bank account.

I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in mediating this matter with Parimatch and helping me obtain a clear resolution.

The funds were successfully debited from my bank account and completely settled to the local UPI collection account generated by Parimatch’s automated payment gateway. I have continuously emailed Parimatch Support and provided them with an official, clear PDF bank statement demonstrating that the funds left my account.

Today, Parimatch sent me a generic response stating they "have not received the funds" and closed the matter.

As the user, I have no control over Parimatch's third-party Payment Service Providers (PSP). The UTR number proves the money reached their payment infrastructure. It is the responsibility of Parimatch's senior finance team to manually reconcile this UTR number with their payment gateway partner rather than continuously giving copy-paste rejections to a customer who has provided full bank authentication.

I request Parimatch to immediately escalate this UTR number to their core financial department, locate the funds within their merchant gateway, and credit the ₹500 to my player account balance or issue a manual reversal back to my source bank account.

Parimatch support raised Ticket ID #140869136 for ₹20,000, but they have avoided properly addressing or creating tickets for the remaining ₹15,000 and ₹16,000 transactions despite multiple live chat requests.

Their live chat agents keep stalling and closing chats without giving any concrete updates.

My Demand:

I have provided complete documentation, bank statement (Password: 9224000100034937), and proof showing that my money is missing. Since I have been waiting for over a month without any solution, I demand that Parimatch immediately investigate these falsely marked transactions and refund the total amount of ₹51,000 INR directly back to my Parimatch gaming account balance (Player ID: 849137502) without further delays.

I verified my account long ago and I submitted each and every documents several times but again they stopped my withdrawal and asking me to verify again. Still I sent my selfie id card and bank statements with password. From last 2 months I am getting same kind of email from them. If I sent bank statements they asking again the same. It’s like a torchure for me from last 2 months.
