Please let me know the status of my refund of Rs 50000 done on 03.11.2021.

My transaction was failed on 03.11.2021 and not refunded my money yet, it's 17th business day.

In attached screenshot, details are mentioned.

Please refund my money at the earliest.

How many emails (Almost 50) and messages (Regular on online chats) have been sent but no response from your side.

It's such a huge mistake from your side, please refund my money at the earliest.

I am not waiting for few days. This is your rule that all funds are returned within 14 business days. Now all days are over. It's 17 business days.

I am going to take legal action. Because I request you many times but you people don't want to take this serious action.

I have no option left other than to file a case. Because it's your fault.

I sent so many emails and mesg to cooperate with you. Now you told me that come after few days.

Is it a joke. Your guys are running one international betting website. I will make sure that I am seriously going to take action.

Because your rule is not clear and I am not such a fool. You guys are really cheated on me.

I am waiting for 22 days.

If you have all rights then some rights are also with customers.

So it's my humble request you to please clear my refund now.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I have lost my money. Please put a bad review for parimatch casino on my side.

Because I have lost 50000rs due to their poor system.

Simply they say no update from last 2 and half months.

So it's my request. Make this public post and please all innocent people don't loose money in their poor payment system.

I sent many emails and messages, same reply every time.

But where is my money. If you don't want to return pls simply say. I will forget about my money.

But don't send me same reply again and again.

Now 3rd month started, that my money is stuck. International running company is doing this type of error.

Dear askgambler, please do something for me, because parimatch won't be return my money is near future.
