Permanent withdrawal error

They let me withdraw my winnings 2 times, the third time they completely blocked the withdrawal option (despite the fact that I was at a loss in terms of the amount of deposits). Every time I try to withdraw money, I get the same error message (see screenshot) and an offer to contact the casino support service.

There is no support phone number in Parimatch Casino. The e-mail is not answered.

The only connection with the casino is the online chat, through which I spoke with their operators for three days! They fooled my head: "we ask you to wait a little longer, our financial department is dealing with your gap." At the same time, they do not want to name any exact terms for solving the problem.

Me account has been verified.

Today is a 4th day that I have been trying to withdraw my money.

After explanation provided by the Casino via email, it is concluded that the player submitted complaint against wrong casino, which has not yet even been presented and reviewed on AskGamblers. Casino in question is Parimatch Crypto Casino (https://www.pm.io/) Therefore, we have no other choice but to Reject the complaint.

AskGamblers Complaint Team is using this occasion to recommend the player that further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I can not provide my account number because it's not appears in my account page.
They are well aware of this, and they use this trick in order to respond that they allegedly cannot process the complaint.
Moreover, when I asked them to give me this number in the chat, they replied that they did not provide such information (see the screenshot).
