Permanent withdrawal error
They let me withdraw my winnings 2 times, the third time they completely blocked the withdrawal option (despite the fact that I was at a loss in terms of the amount of deposits). Every time I try to withdraw money, I get the same error message (see screenshot) and an offer to contact the casino support service.
There is no support phone number in Parimatch Casino. The e-mail is not answered.
The only connection with the casino is the online chat, through which I spoke with their operators for three days! They fooled my head: "we ask you to wait a little longer, our financial department is dealing with your gap." At the same time, they do not want to name any exact terms for solving the problem.

Today is a 4th day that I have been trying to withdraw my money.
