Payment of 10000 INR successful but it is showing declined no proper support from casino

I have deposited money on 15th june at 830 pm, money was debited but parimatch was declined, I contacted them and they raised the ticket but now they have resolved it without paying back.
Contacted support several times but everytime wasting my time.
I have deposited more that 5 lakhs but never faced this issue before.

They have started new scam they wanted me to deposit 10000 inr and then when i deposited they blocked my account and now asking more 5000 inr to unblock my account
