I deposit rs 50000 via Upi to merchant Basant ventures on dated 04/05/2023. but got error and that transaction is declined and asked Parimatch support for that payment. They said that the payment will be refunded after 5 days.
After they say check with your bank for the amount and I tried. My bank confirm me about the payment by Email and I also talked to bank customer support executive for my payment details Bank customer support says that the payment is credited to merchant (Basant ventures) successfully please ask merchant (basant ventures) for his bank for the statement.
Then I again ask Parimatch for my payment by emails and online support but they are saying we cant locate your payment please contact your bank for more details. Tts been a month but my payment is stucked with Parimatch. So I'm humbly asking Parimatch that they send the statement or contact basant ventues bank for my payment.
Please refund my money to my account.
