I recently made two transactions of INR 10,000 each on your platform. The details are as follows:
1. Transaction Date & Time: 28th January, 8:44 PM
2. Transaction Date & Time: 31st January, 10:01 PM
I have attempted to contact your support team multiple times regarding these transactions, but I am not receiving any response. This lack of communication is highly concerning and appears to be an open scam.
