Deposit not reflecting parimatch
Hi Parimatch,
My name is Ullas and player id is
146123733
I have made a deposit on 17/12/2024 for 90000 INR which is not reflecting in my account
I used the ICICI mobile banking app for the same. I could not take a screenshot immediately because the app does not allow it.
I contacted Parimatch customer support and they acknowledged that the payment has been debited from my account but said I will
receive it back by 24/12/2024.
When I contacted on 24/12/2024 I was asked to contact again on 27/12/2024 with the bank statement
Now I am being told that I need a deposit slip with the transaction details. My bank has provided me
a confirmation message with all the details which I have sent multiple times. My bank cannot provide any other type of confirmation as it was done on the banking app.
Now they are not accepting my bank statement
This is very frustrating for me as I have conversations with your agent about the same and I was told it will be resolved with my bank statement within 5 days.
Kindly help me resolve this issue.
