If parimatch sees this, Please don't give automated reply, Please read line by line.
I tried to deposit 8000/- on 21-07-2024 in parimatch but unfortunately, my money was debited but payment page was not redirected, And funds were not added, I asked parimatch support they are the worst support I have ever seen they will only reply automated messages,
They asked me to wait for 7 days excluding sun,sat, It has been more than 9 days excluding weekends, My money was neither credited in parimatch nor refunded, some times They are saying please contact your bank, And sometimes they are saying we are having an issue with our billing provider please wait, I waited and no resolution, i was unable to sleep and I am a student, and i contacted my bank they replied with letter I am attaching all my bank statements and parimatch customer chat and mail screenshot my bank send.
Please parimatch don't scam me please add my money or refund, If money is debited successfully where does it go to your billing provider only right.
Please add my 8000 rupees deposit, I am facing a lot of problems, I hope I will get resolution as soon as possible
Please refer all my proofs.
