Deliberate and unreasonable delays and the additional verification of my account

Dear Sir/Madam!

I need your help. Parimatch Casino deliberately and unreasonably delays the additional verification of my account, withholding my money in the amount of $ 5064.

Despite the fact that on 09.11.2021 I received a message from Parimatch: “Your betting account has been unlocked and you can request a withdrawal of funds”, on 10.11.2021 the casino decided to verify my account again, informing me that funds will be available upon completion.

On November 16, 2021, I sent an identity document and my selfie with it to the casino for verification. Parimatch confirmed receipt of the documents and said that Parimatch would consider them as soon as possible. I was regularly interested in the results of the verification, but the casino took a position of ignoring my messages.

Only 09.12.2021 I received a message from Parimatch about the need to provide additional documents. On 14.12.2021, I sent a photo of the 31st page of my passport, screenshots of transactions from the Skrill payment wallet in favor of Parimatch for the specified period.

Since then, i.e. since 14.12.2021, I have not been able to get any information about the results of the verification. The casino is ignoring my messages, withholding my $ 5064 money. I ask you to help complete the verification and receive my money in the amount of $ 5064.

We regret to inform you that despite all the AskGamblers Complaint Team requests, Parimatch Casino management refused based on their privacy policy to provide reasonable justification and/or solid evidence which could help us review and decide on this case adequately.

Unfortunately, in this situation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as unresolved and advise the player to seek further assistance from the relevant regulatory body or appointed ADR entity. As soon as the AskGamblers Complaint Team is notified about any decision on the case issued by the official regulatory body and/or ADR entity, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.

Hello! On March 29, Parimatch sent me a message indicating a violation of clause 80.4 of the Rules. BUT Parimatch still did not provide me with information - what exactly the casino suspects me of. I have not yet received any evidence of guilt.

I believe that the confiscation of 5064 dollars is too high a price for the unfounded suspicions of the casino!
