This is the worst sports bookie I have ever used, and I have used a lot. W

hen I first joined Parimatch, I was verified after 24 hours without issue.

I then proceeded to place bets, deposit, and withdraw without problem. I then decided to make a deposit of $500 and I turned that money into over $4300 CAD.

I then tried to withdraw and my verification was removed and "in processing". It has been nearly a month and over emails I have sent selfies holding my ID, bank statements, credit statements, licenses, and national health cards but still no verification.

Not to mention, the customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with.

I’m starting to think the company is a fraudulent one. Any advice, anyone?!

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

My deposit of ₹7,499.87 is still missing from my Parimatch account. My Parimatch User ID is 728246048. The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366. However, the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have already provided payment proof and transaction details to Parimatch support, but the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help me receive my missing deposit as soon as possible.

I am expecting that they will solve my problem very fast.

Parimatch is a big and genuine platform but they do this I am not expecting this.

Although withdrawals are marked as successful in my transaction history, the requested withdrawal amounts of ₹9250 and ₹8900 and 6250 have still not been received in my bank account.

I am submitting this complaint against Parimatch regarding two successful UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my casino/sportsbook balance nor returned to my bank account. Withdrawal amount 33900 is not received

My withdrawal of ₹33,900 was marked as completed by Parimatch approximately 3 days ago. Support informed me that withdrawals via IMPS normally take around 24 hours, but the funds have still not reached my bank account.

I have repeatedly requested the UTR/reference number, but support states that the case is still with the billing/payment team and no UTR has been provided.

The funds have neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my wallet balance. I have attached screenshots of the support conversations and would appreciate a review of the case.

I am using this platform form very long time, and everything is good, but recently, I have not received my three withdrawals dated 14 May, 15 May, and 13 May 2026. Today, 10 days have passed, and the withdrawal has not been received.
