Hi, parimatch.in blocked my account for no reason when I tried to withdraw funds. I have given all the documents as asked.

It's been 4 days I have been constantly asking the customer support. Nobody is responding to the email, the ones who do keep saying to wait patiently.

I have been reading reviews about Parimatch.in online and apparently they do this kind of harassment with everyone who tries to withdraw their winnings if the winning are of big amount.

All the supporting documents have been provided by me.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Hi askgamblers team

Please close this complaint, my account is still blocked but now i have lost all the money i won on sports bet so there is no point. This intensional delay by the parimatch teams lets a gambler play more and they eventually lose everything, now i have nothing left to withdraw so please close this case

25000 Deposit Debited From Bank but Never Credited to My Account

I deposited ₹25,000 into my Parimatch account, and the money was successfully debited from my bank account. However, Parimatch is showing the transaction as failed, and my account has not been credited.

UTR: 209104829181

What makes this more frustrating is that when I try to verify the payment again, the system says that the UTR is already in use. If the UTR already exists in their database, then they have clearly received the transaction details.

I contacted Parimatch support multiple times, but all I receive are robotic, copy-paste responses with no actual update or resolution. Nobody has been able to explain where my ₹25,000 is or when it will be credited or refunded.

I am requesting Parimatch to investigate this urgently and either credit the deposit to my account or return the funds to my bank account.

I am writing to file a formal grievance regarding a severe delay in processing my funds and a complete lack of adequate customer support. Despite following all standard operational guidelines on your platform, my funds have not been credited, and my subsequent attempts to resolve this via your ticketing system have been ignored. I demand that the amount of 28,330 INR be immediately processed and credited to my bank account.

I made a withdrawal of 28330 INR. After 1 week, I have raised a complaint by raising a ticket but until now the ticket is unresolved.

It's really pathetic service and frustrating to handle.

Since I am waiting, waiting, waiting, there is not a single update.

I want to complaint against parimatch as I have deposited amount 1.8 lakh rupees that is my hard earned money. When I just win something around 20k rupee. And withdrawal some amount. They just blocked my account. This was my hard earned money. And i am very frustrated now. Crying each day. When I contacted there support team. They told me to share the required documents on there mail. I have shared all of them. But since then more than 7 days has been passed. They are not responding. Each time they are saying we are reviewing. And i also contacted to there support team on website. They also saying we are working on this. But the truth is they are not doing anything. And who is suffering is just me and my family. Because that is my hard earned money. I request ask gambler to please intervene on this and help me out to get my money back. My player id is 270625942. Withdrawal marked as completed but not received

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter. Please either credit the amount to my bank account or provide a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified with the bank.

I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

At the beginning, I think they were facing some issues, but after some time, when I did not receive the withdrawal, I created tickets.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account
