I would like to file a complaint against Parimatch regarding a UPI deposit of 4,000 that has not been credited to my Parimatch account from last 15 days

I made a deposit of 4,000 through UPI on 4 September 2026. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch account.

I have been waiting for the issue to be resolved, but the funds are still missing.

I request AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this issue and recovering my ₹4,000.

I kindly request Parimatch to investigate the transaction using the provided UTR number and either credit the amount to my gaming account or process a refund.

I am ready to provide the UPI payment receipt, bank statement, and any other supporting documents required to verify the transaction.

I hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.

I have been using parimatch for sometime and made deposits and withdrawals which were successful. From 15 days back I am not able to withdraw as in my account it is showing as:

Unfortunately, your account does not allow you to create a withdrawal request. Please contact support for more information.

I contacted with support in the website for some days which I didn’t received any response. 8 days back I mailed to the support of parimatch stating my issue. They asked some verifications which I submitted, then they asked my transaction details of the deposits I made. I submitted them.

After sometime they are asking the same questions again and again even though I submitted the details. It has been 8 days since I am sending mails, still the issue is pending.

I am attaching the required screenshots. Please let me know if you need anything from my end and help in resolving the issue resolving the issue.

Withdrawal amount is 92000, but the withdrawal has still have not received it in my bank account. Customer service aks bank statement multiple times, but they have not solved my problem yet. Without a solution, they closed the ticket. I created the ticket the day of the withdrawal.

Many months passed still my issue not solved.

Parimatch customer service, please solve my problem and give me the withdrawal amount. I am sharing all the proofs and my updated bank statement here from the date of withdrawal to Today. Withdrawal dates are 9 Feb and 10 Feb; total withdrawals: 5. 4 withdrawals of 20000 each and 1 withdrawal of 12000. Parimatch, please check this with you database your customer service has not given me any transaction ID or any payment receipt yet. I am worried about my funds. Please tell me that my funds are secured. I am not aware of when I will get my funds.

I had deposited 50000 rs On 2nd sept 11.20 pm my money debited from phone pay, it shows successful and money not credited in parimatch account. It shows deposit failed, but I have been talking to customer support still not got any resolve the issue. Not helpful.

I kindly request you to please check this on priority and add my remaining 3996 INR to my account within 24 hours. 80 days is too long for a small amount.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal from my Parimatch account that I made in October 2025 but never received.

During October 2025, I made 9 withdrawals from my Parimatch account over a period of approximately two days. I successfully received 8 of these withdrawals, but one withdrawal was never credited to my bank account.

I have already contacted Parimatch directly regarding this matter and provided the available withdrawal information and a screenshot. I am requesting that Parimatch investigate the transaction and either return/credit the missing withdrawal amount to my account or provide clear evidence showing that the payment was successfully processed, including the relevant transaction reference/UTR/RRN or equivalent payment information.

I have evidence of the withdrawal and can provide my bank statement or additional documentation if required.

I respectfully ask the AskGamblers Complaint Team to assist me in obtaining a proper investigation and resolution of this missing withdrawal.
