I made a deposit of 3330₹ and won 6660₹, the next thing they did was block my withdrawal, so I emailed them and they said they need - " Selfie with 2 documents holding in hand: Aadhar card or PAN card (depends on the one you used during verification) and Paper, on which you should write your First Name, Last name, Date of your request, and “For Parimatch”."
I gave all the documents and selfie and they BANNED my account saying I did " suspicious gaming activity "

I need help regarding a deposit issue on Parimatch.

On October 2 at 10:10 AM, I deposited ₹3,500 using PhonePe. The payment was successful on my end, but Parimatch marked it as "Declined".

I’ve been trying to get support on the website, but no live agents are available.

28000 deposit not credited for over a month despite repeated followup

I am filing this complaint regarding a ₹28,000 deposit that was successfully debited from my bank account but has still not been credited to my Parimatch account.

I made the deposit on 01-Sep-2026 for ₹28,000. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have the transaction/UTR details and proof of payment.

The amount has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times and provided the required transaction details and proof. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have only received generic responses stating that the transaction is “under review”, without providing any clear explanation, resolution, or confirmed timeframe.

It has now been over a month, and my money is still neither credited to my Parimatch account nor returned to my bank account.

I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in mediating this matter with Parimatch and helping me obtain a clear resolution.

I am filing this formal complaint against Parimatch regarding a deposit of ₹500 that has been stuck since 18 September 2026. Despite providing absolute proof of the transaction, the platform refuses to credit my account or properly investigate the matter.

The funds were successfully debited from my bank account and completely settled to the local UPI collection account generated by Parimatch’s automated payment gateway. I have continuously emailed Parimatch Support and provided them with an official, clear PDF bank statement demonstrating that the funds left my account.

Today, Parimatch sent me a generic response stating they "have not received the funds" and closed the matter.

As the user, I have no control over Parimatch's third-party Payment Service Providers (PSP). The UTR number proves the money reached their payment infrastructure. It is the responsibility of Parimatch's senior finance team to manually reconcile this UTR number with their payment gateway partner rather than continuously giving copy-paste rejections to a customer who has provided full bank authentication.

I request Parimatch to immediately escalate this UTR number to their core financial department, locate the funds within their merchant gateway, and credit the ₹500 to my player account balance or issue a manual reversal back to my source bank account.

I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch Casino regarding 3 uncredited withdrawal transactions totaling ₹51,000 INR. All these transactions are marked as "Successful" in my casino profile history, but none of these funds have ever arrived in my bank account.

These withdrawal requests were made over a month ago in August 2026, and despite waiting for weeks, Parimatch has still NOT resolved this issue.

Parimatch support raised Ticket ID #140869136 for ₹20,000, but they have avoided properly addressing or creating tickets for the remaining ₹15,000 and ₹16,000 transactions despite multiple live chat requests.

Their live chat agents keep stalling and closing chats without giving any concrete updates.

My Demand:

I have provided complete documentation, bank statement (Password: 9224000100034937), and proof showing that my money is missing. Since I have been waiting for over a month without any solution, I demand that Parimatch immediately investigate these falsely marked transactions and refund the total amount of ₹51,000 INR directly back to my Parimatch gaming account balance (Player ID: 849137502) without further delays.

Parimatch is not settling my bet

Parimatch is not settling my bet since two months,I won that bet on 24th july 2026 still the bet showing active. When i asked the parimatch support team they said they found suspicious on this bet.
I dont know anything about it. The crazy they said they might take three years to complete the investigation before settling the bet, i do not want to wait that long, please help me get the best settled.

I contacted Parimatch regarding an issue with my account, and they assigned Ticket No. 135119915. They informed me that the matter was forwarded to their Expert Team, but the issue has still not been resolved.

Despite waiting for an update, I have not received a proper resolution. I am raising this complaint with AskGamblers to request assistance in getting my account issue resolved as soon as possible. Due to verification my account is blocked and I submitted all the requested documents of deposit amounts also but still they not activated my account.

Parimatch KYC Verification Pending for Over 3weeks

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the prolonged KYC verification process and my inability to withdraw my funds from Parimatch.

I submitted all documents requested for KYC verification more than one month ago. This included my passport, a selfie holding my passport, cryptocurrency transaction information, wallet information, and all other documentation requested by Parimatch.

Since then, I have contacted Parimatch support repeatedly. However, my verification has still not been completed, and I remain unable to withdraw my funds.

Most importantly, Parimatch has explicitly confirmed to me in writing that ALL submitted documents have been received and that NO further information is required from me at this time.

Therefore, there is currently nothing outstanding on my side.

Despite this, more than one month has passed and my verification remains unresolved.

I have repeatedly asked Parimatch to provide:

1. A specific reason for the prolonged delay.
2. The current status and stage of my verification.
3. A concrete or estimated timeframe for completion.

Unfortunately, I have repeatedly received generic responses telling me to "wait," that the verification will be completed "as soon as possible," or that the responsible team is still reviewing my case.

No concrete timeframe has ever been provided.

In one of their recent responses, Parimatch stated that delays may occur because of a high workload and that they cannot provide an exact timeframe because they do not want to make false promises.

I fully understand the importance of KYC and security procedures, and I have cooperated with every verification request made by Parimatch.

However, I believe that being unable to withdraw my funds for more than one month, despite all required documents having been received and no additional information being required from me, without even an estimated completion timeframe, is unreasonable.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to assist in mediating this matter with Parimatch.

I am requesting that Parimatch complete my KYC verification without further unnecessary delay and, provided there are no outstanding issues with my account, restore my ability to withdraw my funds.

I can provide the full email correspondence with Parimatch, screenshots, and evidence showing that Parimatch has confirmed receipt of all required documentation.
