Account blocked after 2 years of use

Since 6th October'23, my Parimatch Account has been blocked for verification after request for withdrawal. I have been using this account since almost 2 years now after completing all the initial verifications.

On my account being blocked, I requested for reasoning upon which some documents were asked to submit and were timely submitted. (Please find attached the screenshots of emails and the documents)

It's been over a month now that there is no solution, I have been constantly emailing them to receive similar kind of responses on lines of we are working on it.

More importantly, the concern here is that my funds of INR 20,350 are still blocked and I am unable to access my own resources which I feel is extremely unfair and unjust. To elaborate, I had deposited INR 5000 in my PM account to wager but unfortunately lost the the amount in wagering. With a positive mindset of recovering my loss, I deposited a hefty amount of INR 15,000 and with consistent wagering, my total amount became INR 20350 for which I placed a request for withdrawal and since then I am unable to access it.

I would request you help me gain access of my funds and my PM account. It is extremely demeaning to block an account randomly without any definite reason or explanation. I feel frustrated following up for my own funds for a reason that is still ambiguous.

I am writing this with a lot of frustration. For the last 80 days I have been continuously messaging your support team but my issue is not resolved.

On June 17th at 10:30 PM, I requested a withdrawal of 4000 INR. On June 18th, only 4 INR was credited to my bank account instead of 4000 INR. My remaining 3996 INR is still missing.

Complaint regarding unreasonable verification delays and withheld withdrawal

I am submitting a complaint regarding the excessive delay in the verification process, which has prevented me from withdrawing my funds for approximately two months.

The casino requested that I complete verification, and I provided all the documents and information they asked for. However, instead of completing the verification, they repeatedly asked me to upload the same or similar documents again.

Each time I submitted the requested documents, the review took at least five days. After the most recent submission, eight days have now passed and I still have not received any response or update.

I have fully cooperated with all verification requests and provided everything required from my side. Despite this, the verification process continues without any clear explanation, deadline, or resolution, while my withdrawal remains unavailable.

Given that this situation has already lasted around two months, I am concerned that the verification process is being intentionally prolonged in order to delay my withdrawal.

I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and require the casino to complete the verification process without further unnecessary delays and allow me to withdraw my funds.

Withdrawal not received since October 2025

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal from my Parimatch account that I made in October 2025 but never received.

During October 2025, I made 9 withdrawals from my Parimatch account over a period of approximately two days. I successfully received 8 of these withdrawals, but one withdrawal was never credited to my bank account.

I have already contacted Parimatch directly regarding this matter and provided the available withdrawal information and a screenshot. I am requesting that Parimatch investigate the transaction and either return/credit the missing withdrawal amount to my account or provide clear evidence showing that the payment was successfully processed, including the relevant transaction reference/UTR/RRN or equivalent payment information.

I have evidence of the withdrawal and can provide my bank statement or additional documentation if required.

I respectfully ask the AskGamblers Complaint Team to assist me in obtaining a proper investigation and resolution of this missing withdrawal.

Verification Stalling and Withdrawal Block

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I'm reaching out for help with a very frustrating situation involving Parimatch. They are holding my withdrawal of 24,924.59 USDT (Account #511270142) and dragging me through a deliberate, endless verification loop just to stall the payout.

I only have one account on the platform, I haven't broken any rules, and all my deposits were made directly through the OKX crypto exchange.

Everything started back on August 15 when I requested a withdrawal. It got rejected under the excuse of additional verification, and I immediately sent over all my identity documents and photos on the exact same day.

Five days later, they asked for proof of my last two deposits. I sent them right away, but when they finally replied another 5 days later, they said two deposits weren't enough and now they need proof for all of them, plus my OKX account verification.

Now I’m stuck waiting another 5 to 7 days just for a response, fully expecting them to invent yet another requirement just to waste more time. They are clearly using stall tactics, reviewing things once a week only to ask for a new piece of info they could have requested on day one.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to step in and push Parimatch to either fully approve my verification or give me one final, complete list of everything they need at once, so I can put an end to this months-long wait.

Delays in Withdrawals and Account Verification 16 days

Please read this carefully!!!

I have previously filed a complaint with Parimatch. That complaint was rejected on the grounds that “the pending casino investigation is not yet over.”
Please understand that more than 10 days have passed since then, and the situation has changed.
A 16-day delay in a withdrawal goes beyond what is reasonable, and I do not believe the customer is at the stage of waiting for an investigation.
Neither “Pending casino investigation not over yet” nor “Multiple complaints” applies to this complaint. Please understand.

I requested a withdrawal of $1,976 on August 17, but it still hasn’t been processed.
On August 18, I was asked to verify my account, and I submitted the required documents immediately. I received an email confirming that the support team had received the documents.
Parimatch set a 5-day deadline for account verification. It has now been 16 days.
I have checked on the status numerous times, but every time I am told it is “under review.” I have done everything I can on my own, but since it is difficult to resolve this issue through direct communication with the casino alone, I am filing a complaint with Askgamblers.

I have not received two withdrawals of 50000 each. After showing as successful in my Parimatch ID, I never received that amount in my Bank account. The withdrawal processing time has already passed, so I contacted customer service, and they created tickets on my behalf.

Withdrawal amount of 20000 not credited to my bank account

I placed a withdrawal request of 20000 on 07/08/2026, and today's date is 17/08/2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account

And I had another issue with a deposit request which I made on 14/08/2026 for 8500; still, today it was not credited to my gaming account.

I contacted them multiple times, but my problem was not solved..they simple raise tickets, but it never resolves. In the name of tickets, they make customers wait days and months, but even a single ticket will not resolve..

I want AskGambler's team to please look into this matter and solve this as early as possible.
