My player id is 424324263.I have 2 refunds from parimatch. First one is on 29 January 2025 4:21PM amount is 1000 and another one is on 31st January 2025 4:40PM amount is 1800.
Both amounts are credited from my bank account. I have also send them the statement of the banks but i didn’t get my refund back to my bank ot credited to the wallet.
Its been 10 days I didn’t get the amount please help me with this.
