Getting the run-around from them on collecting my winnings. I didn't enter a bonus sode so they don't have that excuse. Simply aren't paying.
I am considering going to my bank and getting the charges reversed.

POC just informed me that you made a cash-out request on 8/14/2011 at 5:26:58 PM.
It seems like you were clearly upset due to forum reviews informing of non payment and threatened to chargeback.
Casino was still on time to process your payment but to avoid any further inconvenience; issue was escalated to Fraud Department yesterday and they have decided to close your account and refund all your deposits today. Please keep in mind that depending on your bank; money will show back on your credit card within the next 7 to 15 days.
