Waiting for my withdrawal 10 days due to heavy workload

Dear askgamblers,

I have been trying to withdraw from Onestep casino. I have verified my profile and also sent additional document which Onestep casino asked from me after canceling my first withdraw. The additional document (selfie with ID) was approved and I made another withdraw request 13.1.2023. In Onestep casinos terms and conditions its been said that withdraws will be processed within 72hours. Its been now 10 days since my withdraw request.

I have contacted customer service several times and they keep telling that withdraw is delayed due "heavy workload".

I understand a delay but a week of delay is a lot.

I can confirm I have recieved the full amount on my bank account. I still have to do 6x more 1000€ withdraws because max cashout is 1000€ and one withdraw at a time. I hope there will not be any delays in next withdraws. Thank you Askgamblers for helping me with this case.
