Delaying crypto withdrawal for ages
OneSlot casino is delaying my crypto cashout of $1,300 for well over a week now!
As seen on the first attached screenshot, I have requested the cashout on April, 2nd and waited until today before submitting a complaint against them via AskGamblers. As seen on the second screenshot, the maximum allowed time frame for processing cashouts as per their own terms and conditions is 7 business days and that period has passed now.
Had numerous chats with them in the meantime, trying to understand what's the reason of delaying my crypto payment which by the way is supposed to be 'instant' as they claim on their own homepage. I was told my cashout is undergoing a "manual check" without telling me anything specific. Of course, few agents assured me that I will be paid; that my cashout is a priority; that this in line with their strictest licensing requirements, etc etc. Well, any serious player knows that's just flatout lies and tricks from the "How to fob off a player 101" book.
Mind you, I wasn't asked for any KYC-related paperwork so this shouldn't be the problem here.
Looking at Oneslot casino's reviews and player comments across the internet, I can see that they are not doing particularly well when it comes to paying out to their winners so I had no other option but to seek for help from a dispute resolution entity as AG.
Thanks for your help.
