Octo Casino - Does not pay

Dear AskGamblers Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention concerning my experience with Octo Casino, and I seek your assistance in resolving this issue.

On December 25, 2023, I engaged in a LiveChat conversation with Owen from the loyalty department, where I expressed my concern about my locked account and the urgent need for my winnings, totaling 2300 euros, to be returned. Despite Owen's assurances that the specialized team would investigate the matter and provide updates via email, the situation has not been resolved.

Since then, I have received multiple automated messages indicating the closure of my account, which I did not request. I have explicitly communicated my desire for the payout of my winnings, not the closure of my account.

Furthermore, my emails to the support team have gone unanswered, and I am growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and resolution. I have even mentioned the possibility of legal action due to the apparent delays and non-responsiveness.

It is disheartening to note that Octo Casino has been subject to fines in the past, as indicated during my research. I fear that my case might be another instance of negligence, and I am concerned about the integrity of the casino's operations.

I kindly request your assistance in mediating this matter and ensuring a swift resolution to my payout request. I believe my winnings are rightfully mine, and the current situation is causing undue stress and inconvenience.
