Nucleonbet have been withholding a withdrawal since the 4th February.
The account has is fully, extensively, verified. I have had multiple withdrawals before.
When I've asked why, they have only said:
"According to our T&C's there are cases that we need to make further investigation for safety reasons. As a result, there might be some delay on payments."
They have not stated what these reasons are.
I have followed up many times and made a formal complaint.
All they have said is:
"Your comments have been transferred to the relevant department.
We kindly request your patience and you will be notified in your email for any update as soon as possible."
This was 6 days ago. I have not heard anything since.
Any help you could give would be much appreciated.
