2. June 9 - Email support@nucleonbet.com to inquire why withdrawal is delayed. (Screenshot 2)
3. June 9. Nucleonbet responds with vague terms highlighting that the withdrawal is "under review". No time length specified just "under review" (Screenshot 2)
4. June 13. Hear nothing from nucleonbet, send another email to support@nucleonbet.com (to date has not responded) (Screenshot 3)
5 June 14. Still nothing from nucleonbet support. Inquire in live chat, the say the are "looking into it" and should be able to provide me with an update within the day. Agent Jack (Screenshot 4)
6. June 15 Still nothing from nucleonbet support. Have to inquire in live chat again. now it is apparently a "technical difficulty" that they cannot disclose to me about. (Screenshot 5) still no response to my June 13th email.
Please request nucleonbet to provide an update on the "technical difficulties" which they cannot describe to me or provide an update on the timeline for this withdrawal. All I ask is nucleonbet actually provide updates instead of something different each day.
