I have a complaint towards NucleonBet Casino. I have had an account since July and made some deposits and some withdrawals, but now it has taken far longer then acceptable to recieve my withdrawal. I am fully verified on their site, so isn’t any issue with that.
Made the withdrawal request of 1000 euros on the 31th of December 15.36. According to their own T&C it will not take longer then 72 hours for them to accept the request. But this time it has taken more then 115 hours and I get no answer anymore from either support via email or livechat.
So I just want my 1000 euros withdrawal to be accepted and recieved to my bank account soonest possible.
