KYC Document Proof of Payment was accepted but then shortly rejected without a reason
I won on Nucleonbet Casino and had to send several documents to get my account verified. I sent the documents on 20th day of January and got two emails today, on 24th of January. First email was sent at 20:36 GMT+2 and it told me that my account was verified, screenshot of the email attached as "FirstEmail". Then six minutes later I got a second email (attached as KYC) telling me that the Proof of payment document wasn't verified. Well, that is rather odd.
Nucleonbet Casino, operated by L.C.S Limited demands "specific documents" according to their words, the demands can be seen in the file KYC. I understand that perfectly, but I do not understand that why they decline a document, that has everything that they demand. My document, - official bank statement that I got from by bank just because of this KYC procedure - has the following requirements: clearly states the IBAN and my (the accountholder's) name. It also is not a mobile screenshot or a cropped document. It is in PDF form, like they say it should be.
I am not going to be speculating anything about this kind of activity, but it is really odd. One can clearly see, that my document (File Statement) has everything that they require (File KYC). Also I was not able to use the live chat, I waited in the queue for 45 minutes and I stayed at the same position, 46 persons before you. Communication should be far better, if they demand so specific documents.
What can I do in this situation? What more can I give them, if they do not tell me what they want. My bank is as confused as I am.
