Nucleonbet Casino Delaying payment of 800 EUR and issue with verification process

Hi, on the 21st of November I won 1000 euros at this casino and I decided to play for 200 euros and cash out 800 euros. But before I could withdraw I had to verify myself, I provided them with photos of my passport, the debit cards I used to deposit, and a bank statement that shows my address and full name.

Yesterday my account finally got verified after waiting for 10 whole days, I then made a withdrawal attempt which got canceled today 1-12-2022 by the casino and they then proceeded to ask me for more documents that prove that I'm the owner of the bank account that I'm trying to make the withdraw for, which I now have provided for them. I don't think it is okay to make your customers wait this long to make a withdrawal it has now been 11 days.

They could have asked me for these documents earlier at the same time they asked for the ones mentioned above that I have given them. I now start to think they are stalling the payment and after reading a bunch of reviews and complaints about this casino where other people have mentioned that this casino stalls and some people had to wait 2 months to get their withdrawal. I now want to be on the safe side and make a complaint and get ask a gambler involved to make sure that this doesn't take to the extreme levels and for my own sake because I don't feel safe.

I can provide you with all the documents that I have sent to Nucleonbet and proof that my withdrawal has been canceled.

I got my documents reviewed and approved on Saturday 10/12 and tried to make a new withdrawal which is still pending. I contacted the support through live chat and they said that my withdrawal would probably be handled tomorrow by the end of the day. So we will see then if I get canceled again and if they are going to continue to stall and ask for more documents. It's now been 22 days with no payment from the casino...

Nucleonbet does not pay for days
I used nucleonbet casino as I received a message that I can get a 100% bonus up tp 100.- for sports betting.
I was able to make my bets on time, fulfilled the bonus and according to their T&C and have 534.- balance in the end.
On 18.4. I received an e-mail that my account is verified (even though I already had sent my verification documents before, but there an additional code was sent to my mobile phone to verify that).
My withdrawal was cancelled after that as new documents were asked for:

- A digital photo of you holding your proof of ID document in your hands, close to your face for verification purposes

- An official document issued from your mobile provider, stating your full name and mobile number used upon registration.

After delivering each of those documents (the last one was asked for on 1.5.) I made a withdrawal, all of them were cancelled by the casino.
After accepting that selfie verification (all my documents were accepted) I tried to withdraw again but now that was not possible anymore due to a "system error". I asked them to be able to withdraw by a different method (bank transfer) and they asked me to try different things (different browser, different device...) but nothing worked.

Finally I was asked to send other documents to be reviewed (bank account) which were also accepted. Then bank account was visible for me as withdraw method. So I made a withdrawal. As there was no feedback within 48 hours (that's the time they say they need to process withdrawals) I again contacted the support. They told me due to high workload the process will be delayed.
Today (other 72 hours later) my balance was again back on my account and the withdrawal was cancelled. I was not even told that they (already yesterday) cancelled my withdrawal.....

I can deliver the e-Mail correspondence as well as some screenshots, also from that system error.
