Delaying paying out 1336 Euros
I opened my account on 10 October 2022 and deposited a total of 1300 EUR in 7 transaction between 10 October and 2 December 2022.
I was betting at sports events. On December 6th, 2022 I started the verification with all the necessary data (ID, proof of address, proof payment method).
The verification was successfully completed on December 14th, 2022. Then when I tried to make first withdrawal of 700€, it was rejected and
I was asked to provide picture of me holding my ID, which I uploaded, and it was verified (19.12.2022). Then I again tried to make withdrawal, and it was again rejected.
This time I was asked to provide mobile provider document. I provided the document and it was verified (23.12.2022). The next withdrawel was rejected because of technical issues with skrill (24.12.2022)
Now when I finally made withdrawal request once again and thought the verification process was done, I got email again saying my withdrawal got cancelled.
This time they sent following email: ”Furthermore, the withdrawal option on your account has been temporarily suspended and your account shall be reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons.”
First they have been stalling my withdrawal for weeks by asking KYC documents one at a time, with days between verification, and now after I have complied with all their KYC procedures, they try to delay my withdrawal once more. It has now been two and half weeks that my withdrawal has been delayed by this Casino.
My story is almost the same as that of user VEIKKAH who also recently reported the same problem. Apparently nucleonbet has this system.
