I'm hoping you can help me--at the end of 2016 I won $8563.98 from Prism casino. I received a bit of money from them, but currently have pending/approved payout requests for $7420 and have received nothing from them in a very long time. A payout request for $1063 was approved March 31, 2017, $2275 was approved May 2, 2017, $1000 was approved August 1, 2017, and $1357 was approved on August 31, 2017. I have received none of these amounts and no replies to my emails to the casino.
If there's anything you can do to help me receive my winnings, that would be great.

I received three cheques last week totalling $5695.03, which is great. I believe I'm still owed another $1724.97 by the casino; apparently, I missed an attempted delivery of some sort on Friday, which may have been a last cheque for that amount. Fingers crossed--I'll update here once I find out what I missed :)
