Hi I made a $60 deposit with a 530% bonus and a 2.5x max cash out so my max withdrawal should be around $750. After completing my play through I submitted a withdrawal request. Strangely the only withdrawal allowed was wire transfer at a max of $250. I wanted to confirm what my max cash out was for sure and why they only allowed a $250 withdrawal. I have contacted the casino by email 4 times with no response and every time i contact live chat as soon as I ask these questions they disconnect from me. Also the phone number listed does not work. Can you assist?

No- I still haven't received and replies to my emails from them. I contacted live chat again and they never answer my questions, they just continue to say things like "try again later" then disconnect.
