Extra Vegas Casino - No payment, absurd request for another deposit

I have deposited 65€ with bitcoin, played and lost. Then I have recieved free spins which I have successfully wagered and then requested a cashout in the amount of 100€ with the same method that I deposited. Also in the meanitme I have successfully verified my account.
My withdrawal request was pending for more then two days and then on the third day it was canceled without any explanation.
I have contacted support via email first from which I got no response.
Later I have contacted live support and ann agent told me I have not deposited in the last few days, and that is the reason my request was canceled. And the agent told me I have to make another deposit and then again request my withdrawal.
I am a depositing customer, why I have to make another deposit to withdraw my winnings is just not fair play, and clearly shows that this casino will not pay you your winnings.
I will nit deposit again, I repeat again, because I do not trust the casino to pay me my winnings.

I have recieved a respsonse and have made my decision.
"According to our withdrawal terms; in order to cash out winnings from the free bonus, you would need to make a min deposit of 25 in the last 5 days before placing a withdrawal request (please refer to the banking page on our site). So as you hadn't made any deposit in the last 5 days before requesting for withdrawal, your request was declined.

I would suggest you to make a min deposit of 25 and on the same day request for the withdrawal of your winnings. I can assure you that your payment will be approved. You have to trust us on this"

I have decided that I will not depsit here again, to forfeit my winnings and close my account at Extra Vegas. I do not trust them.

I apologize to Extra Vegas and the Askgamblers team for the inconvenience.

Askgamblers team, you can mark this complaint as resolved since I do not wish to deal with this issue anymore.
