Bovada Casino - Non payment of $5000

I'm more than 50 days waiting for my sacking of $ 5,000 made at Bovada. I made it through the card adnero, as the limit and $ 2,500 for withdrawal was performed two Reference Numbers 392416335 and 392156206 and up to date not received anything. already sent all documents requested, the statement of the card already asked 10 times to prove that not received that at the end I ended up giving login and password adnero card to buy it not received. I call about 6 times and send email almost daily for them. And nothing ever send with the same excuses. I do not know more what to do to get my money.

Always the same information in the emails they send me .
