I have made numerous emails and atleast 3 phone calls. On saturday i was told to expect my winnings in monday. Last night i rang again and the representative said he would have to email me to let me know what was going on. The email came through saying transactions would email me within 72 hours.
Obviously i am getting very tired of this waiting and people passing the buck and giving me no straight answers as to when i will revieve my funds. Please help

Upon a thorough investigation into your case we noticed there were issues with your bank as they were not accepting the withdrawal.
That said on 10/12/2015 we have managed to send your funds to the account you provided and the funds should have reached your bank by 10/17/2015.
