Trying to deceive me about a payment!
Hello. this time it is a new kind of complaint to me, and I ask you a little help :) I had several winnings on rival casinos, on the 29 july, 1st august and 6 august : 2*1000 on winbig21 , 2000 on crazy luck and 2*1000 on golden lady casino. Crazy Luck and Wing Big have been paying on last monday and I am still waiting from Golden lady, despite their promise to pay in 48H if I came back playing in their place. Big bad surprise on thursday as they said they had already paid. I sent them all screens shots about Crazy luck and winbig, and also the file from neteller with all deposits and withdrawals from and to rival in august, even an official one provided by neteller. Since then, no news. No one on chat despite several tries, no answers to mails, I can still see the withdrawals (copy attached) but they are no longer in my cashier. I can forward by mail all evidences you would need ( screens shots and neteller views ) to prove my honesty . Now I only want my money back since a plauyed a lot those times. thanks if you can help to that.
