No Movement on Payment
To Whom it May Concern,
I have received a payment from Prism casino in the recent past however my latest withdraws have been a painfully long process.
I requested a payout for $2050.00 that was approved by the casino on 5/11/17 paid via check. I have communicated with the live chat multiple times regarding when I would finally receive this check with no movement. I was told this was forwarded to the financial department and put down as a priority payment at this point but continue to not see this payment sent to me.
I also requested a payout for $1000.00 that was approved by the casino on 5/31/17 paid via check and again this has not been sent to me. Again the same story of it being moved to the priority list but nothing has changed.
Last, I requested a withdraw for $2500.00 on 6/5/17 and this remains as not approved yet by the casino.
I know that my account is fully verified and I have provided all necessary documents. I have received a payout from this casino in the past and though that also took a long period of time the current situation is exceeding that timeframe. I am very disappointed in the lack of movement on these requests. Please assist in any way possible to ensure that I receive the payouts that I have won from this casino and do so in a timely manner.
