No Answer and no Payout

Explain: The operator offered me a bonus chip of €10. When I completed the required (and frankly unfair) play-through of x4000, I had a substantial amount of winnings. I then deposited €15 to ensure verification of my account to withdraw my winnings and kept playing. I then had reached a substantial amount of winnings and wished to withdraw. However, because I did not deposit within 30 days, the casino stated that I could not withdraw from the bonus’. I believe this is highly unfair and I want my account winnings.

I sent $250 Bitcoin deposit. When I attempted to play I received the following: Your account has been locked. Please contact support.

I quickly emailed support as directed and 2 days later I have not received a response and am still locked out.

I also am locked out of 2 sister casinos paradise8 and this is vegas. This is vegas has over $1000 of my funds in that account.

Credit requested withdrawal on 05.04.2023. I sent all the proper documents been approved by the security department and was told that my request was accepted and that they would update my account. Every time I contact through chat I'm told a different time schedule. The last time I contacted chat I got no response. After multiple attempts, I decided to file this complaint. They told me 10 to 12 business days and it's been beyond the 12 business days. I tried to attach files but the website here for some reason keeps resetting itself when I do that. But I have done all the requirements required by me and deposited using Bitcoin and requested withdrawal using bitcoin.

Hi, I have requested a payout from DaVinci's Gold Casino of 80$ on 17/09/2021, via Bitcoin, and I still did not receive my payout on my Blockchain.com wallet. And before that, I made a verification deposit via Bitcoin from my Blockchain.com wallet of 30$, on the same day 17/09/2021. What is the problem and why I still did not receive my winnings?

Request for payment on September 18 2021. Was told would hat payment on the 28th. But nothing yet. Try to contact but get the same email response. They are forwarding it to correct department so it could be processed. It's the same response everytime no matter what I said. I feel like they don't even read the messages. So frustrating. They got payment from me and every member of that casino instantly. And think it's ok to delay payments. Withdrawl was only 50. Buy the 50 would help me right now.

i used the deposit $25 for $10,000 and if you get it up to $100,000 you win the whole 100000 bonus, and double checked if it had time limits (which it did not) then managed to hita royal flush, won, and now they refuse to pay, saying that the conditions have a time limit on it. This is despite the fact that when they have a time limit it removes the bonus and stops you from playing. I have tried over weeks to contact them and have yet to recieve a reply. I manage occasionally to get though on live help, but even then i don't usually get through. I usually have to go to live help on another rival casino (same customer support) and can get through straight away even whilst waiting for ages and ages on davinci's gold. Then they transfer me back through davincis, and have even ignored me again. the times i have managed to get through on live help they tell me they have emailed me, but apart from one email to tell me that they reversed my withdrawal of $2000 'as requested' ( i never requested this) and all the promotional emails, i have never received an email. They tell me each time that i contact them that they have marked it as urgent for head office, and they will definately contact me this week, but i no longer believe them. I am at the point now of taking legal action if it is posssible, . They have never answered a phone call on the numbers they have listed on their site, which has change 3 times in the last month and a half. If anyone knows how to actually get in touch with them in person i would love it if you would tellme.
